Perch bite continues at Navy Pier

I have not been able to get out fishing as of late.  My friends, whom this website also involves, are a different story.  I received the report below about Navy Pier Perch from a good fishing friend of mine.  He continues to be successful finding that Lake Michigan gold.  While the report is short, the pictures explain everything.

Sunday afternoon perch fishing, with the family, at Navy Pier.

Time:  1:00-3:30.

Three fish short of a three man limit.  Tossed many back that were not keepers.

Bait:  fathead minnows, and crappie rigs.

A pair of perch on a crappie rig brings a smile to all.

A perfect eater sized perch ready to be filleted.
